About Us

Stephen G. Phillips, MD

Stephen G. Phillips, MD has been practicing ophthalmology in Seattle since 1986. He added refractive services to his medical and surgical practice in 1992. Dr. Phillips has performed refractive surgery on physicians, dentists, nurses, opticians, attorneys, engineers, architects, and other professionals.

Board Certifications & Licenses

Dr. Phillips is certified by both the National Board of Medical Examiners (1983) and the American Board of Ophthalmology (1988). Currently, he is licensed to practice medicine in the state of Washington.

Dr. Phillips is a member of the surgical staff of Swedish Medical Center in Seattle and Highline Medical Center Burien. He is a consulting physician for the Dept. of Family Medicine of the University of Washington School of Medicine, and the Swedish Department of Family Medicine, training family practice residents in ophthalmology.
